You wouldn’t expect a racecar driver and a football superstar to have much in common beyond their athletic prowess. But peel back the layers of glamour, and you might find the two crossing paths in the unlikeliest of places – a barbershop. That’s right! Lando Norris seems to have been caught in the mirror, sharing the same barber as Paris Saint-Germain’s wonderkid. And no, it’s not just any ordinary barber we’re talking about here, folks. It’s Ahmed Alsanawi, aka A-Star, the man behind some of the most iconic hairstyles in football. Racing toward destiny or just keeping it fresh?

When it comes to trimming the locks of the world’s elite athletes, few hands have held the shears with as much grace and precision as A-Star. Ahmed Alsanawi’s dazzling artistry has not only won over football stars like Kylian Mbappe, Eden Hazard, Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford, Erling Haaland, and the list goes on but also garnered him millions of followers on social media. From a youthful 15-year-old clipper wielder to the footballing world’s hair maestro, Ahmed’s journey is nothing short of a Cinderella story. It seems his scissors have now found their way into the high-speed world of F1.

But it’s not just footballers that are entrusting their looks to Ahmed’s skilled hands. The summer break of 2023 saw Norris popping into A-Star’s famed chair, getting a fresh cut by the same expert who’s been styling the footballing world. A video posted on Ahmed’s Instagram captioned “Racing towards my destiny. @landonorris 🏎,” Norris might be following in the footsteps of these football stars. It’s a crossover style through the artistry of A-Star.

It’s a bold affirmation that excellence recognizes excellence, whether you’re dribbling a football or steering an F1 car. But that’s not all that Lando Norris has been up to swapped their helmets for a different kind of experience – the vibrant atmosphere of the Tomorrowland Festival.

Amidst the festival’s vibrant sea of attendees, Verstappen and Norris were spotted alongside global DJ sensation Martin Garrix, a mutual friend of the duo. Having recently shared moments in New York City before the Canadian GP, this trio seemed to relish the vibrant atmosphere of Tomorrowland. As Garrix took to the stage, his music forged a connection between the racing world and the realm of rhythms.
