Max Verstappen has become the ultimate poster boy of Formula 1. The Dutch lion has quickly taken over this sport in a way that has arguably never been seen before. With that, he does have his own die-hard loyal fanbase. Now, the 25-year-old Red Bull maestro would expect a degree of loyalty toward him. In a recent interview, Max Verstappen was asked about his favorite soccer team and league. Verstappen turns out to be someone who religiously follows the English Premier League and the Red Devils, Manchester United. However, owing to maybe his nationality, he does frequently break his sacred oath to the team.

Verstappen was quoted as revealing, “I’m a [Manchester] United fan, it’s not like I’m a die-hard United fan! I mean, I’m talking to Virgil [van Dijk] and Liverpool players, stuff like that. For me, I enjoy it when I see a great football match and I think the Premier League is the best league out there.”
