Motorsport.com recently took to their Instagram to post about a new record that will be set when Nyck de Vries joins Yuki Tsunoda at AlphaTauri. And no, this doesn’t have anything to do with their driving skills. Motorsport emphasizes that the two soon-to-be partners would hold the record of the ‘shortest duo ever on the F1 grid’ with an average height of 163cm.

Nyck de Vries rushed to ‘correct’ the post with a story on his Instagram. Wherein he added the said post, tagged his soon-to-be teammate, and captioned “I’m *168.”

Yuki wasn’t going to let this go either. Soon after, fans saw Yuki post a hilarious take on the post on his story on Instagram as well.

Yuki rebutted rather quickly. His story was zoomed in on Nyck’s face. Yuki, then drew an arrow to highlight the height of Vries’ hair. He marked that to measure ’10 cm’ and captioned the story as “suuureee”, further tagging Nyck.
