Sergio Perez is one of the most experienced and talented drivers in the sport. But to be a good driver, talent and experience aren’t everything, as a driver needs to go through a lot of training to be in the best shape during a race.

Checo also goes through a lot of exercises, and like all drivers, trains his neck. Driving a car running over 200mph puts a lot of strain on their neck, thus making this a crucial part of their routines. Further, a video of Perez doing neck exercises once went viral last season.
