Sebastian Vettel is leading two different lives at the moment; One, as a Formula One driver, and two, as an activist seeking a stop to looming ecological imbalance.
In recent years, the four-time world champion has taken up several initiatives, including the mission to save bees, and cleaning up trash from a race weekend for recycling. However, even for a someone like Vettel, there is a bit of hypocrisy in his potentially life-saving goals.

Yes, more often than not, Vettel has preferred cycling over driving to circuits during race weekends, which is certainly a laudable act. Furthermore, the German racing star has even portrayed himself as a simpleton with his fashion sense, and unlike other drivers, doesn’t own tens of residential properties around the world.

A very low-key life with a massive purpose is what makes Vettel one of the most fascinating drivers on the grid alongside his former rival, Lewis Hamilton.
But when it comes to cars, it’s quite the opposite. Does a driver with such monumental goals require a million-dollar worth garage? Before we head there, let’s take a look at his prized possessions.
Sebastian Vettel & his million-dollar fancy car collection
Let’s start with the company cars, which, in this case, are the two Aston Martin beasts, Vantage and DBX. The former costs around $190,000, thanks to the 4.0-liter V8 engine at the back. DBX flaunts a similar engine but falls under the category of SUV and costs about $200,000.

Moving on to Mercedes, Vettel owns a two-door SL65-AMG. This German machine is a rare breed with the far superior 6.0-liter V12 engine at the back. And, again, the price tag could well exceed $220,000.
Then, there’s the special Sebastian Vettel edition of Infiniti FX which was then offered to buyers at almost $150,000. Unsurprisingly, Vettel himself is one of the 200 owners of the car, thanks to his four-year title-winning tenure at Red Bull Renault.

Finally, there’s the Ferrari F430. While there were speculations that Vettel had to sell his Red possession following his move to Aston Martin, it looks like the ex-Red Bull star could well still be owning this $190,000 worth V8 motor.

Incredible initiatives that collide with Vettel’s possession
Vettel has been the biggest voice on the grid when it comes to climatic change. Subsequently, the German yearned to be as eco-friendly as possible in a bid to cut down on the ever-growing damage to the planet. However, does his million-dollar car collection add a bit of contradiction to his ambition?

Let’s hear it from you- Indeed, it’s a tricky subject to debate over, but, as mentioned earlier, doesn’t it add that tinge of hypocrisy to his life-saving desire?
