Sebastian Vettel has almost achieved everything there is to achieve in Formula One. The German driver is arguably one of the greatest in sport’s history and will always be remembered for his 4 consecutive World Championships.

But since joining Aston Martin at the start of the 2021 season, he has had little success on the track. But meanwhile, he has been channeling his energy to bring important social issues to the forefront of the world.

Vettel has been actively participating in supporting organizations with sustainability on their agenda. He has also been outspoken in the F1 paddock about the contributions the sport can do to improve sustainability.

The Aston Martin F1 racing team announced that the German driver has partnered with singer Andreas Gabalier to gift one million flowers to Germany. He’s doing it to promote the BEESandAPPLE project.

Sebastian Vettel joins humanitarian cause to showcase his support for sustainability

In recent times, Vettel has often spoken about the importance of sustainability. He has been promoting environmental concerns for the past couple of years and asking people to live a greener lifestyle. The BEES and APPLE are aiming to make food production more sustainable by 2030.

Sebastian revealed why he decided to join the project, and why it is important to consume sustainable products. “Taking responsibility for the future doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your quality of life–it’s about finding sustainable ways to have fun,” said Seb.

“That way, you can enjoy life with a clear conscience and protect the environment at the same time. I became an ambassador for the BEESandAPPLE project because I want everyone to know that their actions can make a real difference,” further stated the Aston Martin driver.

It is very important to become environmentally conscious so that the planet does not get more affected by human activities. So it is important for people like Sebastian Vettel to come forward and advocate these concerns as much as they can.
