Sebastian Vettel is proving himself to be a true gent off the track. The special diversity helmet that he wore for a couple of races is up for auction. The money will directly stand to benefit children in African countries. The German strictly keeps all of his helmets with himself as souvenirs. However, he is making an exception for this one. Explaining why he said –

2020 has been a challenging year, not just for the Formula 1 community, but also for people all around the globe. So it is refreshing to see the notoriously quiet drivers finally stand up for a cause. Lead by Lewis Hamilton, the general theme of these campaigns has been ‘Inclusivity’ and ‘Equality’. Hopefully, all of this makes a difference in furthering the humane aspect of going forward.
Those interested can participate in the auction through Vettel’s official website.
