Sebastian Vettel is all set to jump ship to Aston Martin Racing come 2021. There have been debates on whether Vettel would re-kindle his old form or fall even further down from where he is right now. Daniel Ricciardo feels that Aston Martin will be a success story for the German.
During the press conference, Daniel Ricciardo showered his former teammate at Red Bull with praise.
“What I will say is, I think he’s obviously driven. Stating the obvious, but he’s always been very interested in the team itself. And technically, he’s always willing to put the work in,” said the Australian.

“So, I’m sure he’s going to put the work in, and yeah, I think it’ll be probably very successful for him. The team looks like they are in a good place, so I think he’ll obviously contribute to that quite tremendously.”
After Sebastian Vettel was left out of Ferrari for the 2021 season, speculations arose that he might take a break from Formula 1. But that was not how things turned out.
Sebastian conducted talks with multiple teams in F1 from the moment he was left high and dry. Fortunately, he found a team in Racing Point willing to give him a seat for the following season.
