The saga surrounding Christian Horner and the investigation into the allegations of inappropriate behavior towards a female employee has taken a new turn after Horner has been cleared of any wrongdoing. Red Bull recently suspended the female employee who made the allegations against Horner with full pay and the right to appeal the outcome of the investigation. And recent reports are suggesting that the complainant is going to do exactly that.

According to Soymotor.com, the female employee isn’t satisfied with the outcome of the internal probe and intends to issue a statement and appeal the investigation’s findings. She aims to share her side of the story through a public statement expected to be released soon. The situation that had left Geri Halliwell and Horner himself completely devastated could continue.

Soymotor.com quoted a source in the case who told The Sun, “They are preparing for more fireworks, but a thorough investigation has already found in their favor. The honesty of the woman has been called into question, and it has been proven that her evidence was incorrect. Christian’s enemies are making it clear that they won’t give up. But he and Geri are staying strong and will face them. Christian will return to work at Red Bull headquarters first thing Monday morning to continue running his team and winning races.”

“I think the sanctioning body has a responsibility and authority to our sport, to our officials. I think all of us in Formula 1 are ambassadors for the sport on and off the track like you see in other sports, and so I think they need to make sure that things have been fully transparent with them, Brown was quoted by Sky Sports.
