Charles Leclerc is currently in his third season with Ferrari. The Ferrari driver in a recent interview shed light on his relationship with Ferrari Team Principal Mattia Binotto. He also updated if the current difficulties at Ferrari have affected his relationship with his team boss.
Leclerc also discussed how their relationship has changed since his Gp3 days. He mentioned if collisions at Brazil 2019 and Styria 2020 hinder his dynamic with Seb. And how his relationship with the German driver changed now as Vettel is an Aston Martin driver.

It’s going very well: Charles Leclerc on his relationship with Ferarri team boss
The Ferrari driver also gave us an insight into his relationship with Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto. He also mentioned that Binotto knows the Monegasque from his GP3 days.
“It’s going very well. Mattia knows me for a long time now, since I was in GP3,” said Leclerc.
“So it’s been a long time, he sees me coming. He was not at the position he is now at the time but that didn’t matter. And now to have him as my boss feels great.
We’ve had very good moments together. Now we are in a slightly more difficult moment but didn’t change our relationship. We are very close and everything is going good.” said the Ferrari driver.
We always talk when we see each other: Charles on his dynamic with Vettel
In his interview on Beyond the Grid, Leclerc stated that his relationship with Vettel has not changed despite not being teammates. He also clarified despite their on-track battles, their off-track relationship was very good.
“It’s very similar as before. We still talk when we see each other.” Leclerc on his current relationship with his former teammate Vettel.
“We still have discussions about how is it for him going at Aston, how is it going for me at Ferrari. And yeah, the relationship is the same,” said Leclerc.

Charles Leclerc is contracted to drive for the Italian team till the end of the 2024 season.
