Recently, GQ did a piece on Lewis Hamilton’s iconic style. It’s clear to see that the Brit is the one who takes his fashion very seriously. It’s an outlet for his creativity and fearlessness that he has shown time and time again on the race track.

According to GQ, “When he’s out of the car, he’s wearing fashion’s buzziest wares: Jacquemus bucket hats, chunky Kenzo knits, GCDS balaclavas. Forget about chainmail. This knight’s armour is designer.”

What’s more? They even took a dig at the FIA!

“When he’s racing, the seven-time champ polishes his Silver Arrow with a nose ring and chains, FIA regulations be damned.”

It seems Hamilton isn’t the one to display false modesty. Recently, when he made an appearance on the famous Jimmy Kimmel talk show, he was paid a compliment about his iconic style. Hamilton wasn’t in the mood to act coy.

Lewis Hamilton made an appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show post the US Grand Prix. Throughout the show, he spoke about being Knighted and the myriad of his projects coming up. That being said, it was a no-brainer for the host Kimmel to talk about the 7x Champion’s fashion statements.

Kimmel remarked, “You’re very stylish. You might be the most stylish race car driver ever.”

Hamilton knew exactly what he was talking about. The Briton was quick to affirm Kimmel’s compliments. He said, “I know. I definitely am, yeah.”

Lewis Hamilton has emphasized in the past his various passions and what he wants to do after Formula 1. So naturally, he doesn’t plan on quitting the sport any time soon.
