Some of the funniest moments after a Grand Prix have come from the hilarious cool-down room content that we’ve gotten used to over the year. With how frequently Max Verstappen is on the podium, the fans call it Verstappen’s podcast instead! ‘Cooling down with Max”, how does that sound? But putting aside the banter, fans are fuming at the Las Vegas GP organizers for a completely new reason this time around.

It’s no secret that F1’s return to Nevada after 40 long years away has gotten off to a rocky start. As if all the traffic jams, falling pedestrian bridges, and the dislodged manhole cover that ruined half an SF23, hadn’t already rained on F1’s Vegas parade, the fact that we will not get cooldown room content in Sin City has pushed fans past their boiling point!

Since the dawn of Liberty Media’s F1 acquisition, the sport has seen an immense surge in popularity in America, but this hasn’t come at the cost of the driver’s privacy and schedule. They now have to spend considerably more amount of time giving media interviews and creating content, something that drivers would never have dreamed of doing in the past. While some drivers have fared better with all the new-found attention, the ones only interested in the sporting side of things have found it difficult to justify the over-the-top fan service.
