Remember how Lewis Hamilton‘s father comforted the 7X champion after Max Verstappen beat him to take home his first championship? Looks like Max Verstappen wasn’t only celebrating that night in Abu Dhabi, but also looked into what Anthony Hamilton did for his son. As Max Verstappen’s girlfriend Kelly Piquet fell sick, the Dutchman provided much-needed relief for the model. But how?

Kelly Piquet was spotted in Paris recently as she attended Cybex’s new capsule collection launch. She even posted some stories from the event where she can be seen checking out the new Pram in the collection. Kelly uploaded a photo of the pram, as she called it a work of art. Just hours after uploading the stories, Max Verstappen’s GF updated her story by sharing pictures of some medicines indicating that she’s fallen sick.

However, Max Verstappen wasn’t going to let her baby suffer alone and did the incredible to make Kelly feel better. The Dutchman took the pole at the Qatar GP qualifying dominantly after excelling in the Practice session in the morning. While the track was slippery and a challenge, the Dutchman braved through all of it and put his Red Bull RB19 on the pole. Kelly Piquet shared a story on her Instagram as she celebrated his boyfriend’s pole.

Max Verstappen’s savage moment after getting the Qatar GP pole

Max Verstappen topped both Q1 and Q2 and was the favorite to put it on pole in Q3. And that is exactly what the Dutchman did. While it was the regular dominant display where Max Verstappen took the pole by multiple tenths, it didn’t even come down to the wire for the Dutchman. After setting a blistering lap time on his first flying run in Q3, Max Verstappen aborted his final lap as he wasn’t going to improve.

This is where the savage moment kicked in. While others were fighting it out on track and trying to improve, Max Verstappen got out of his car and started walking, knowing that he’d secured the pole. On a track that was improving every lap, Max Verstappen’s first run was enough to secure the pole.
