Max Verstappen’s Cutesy Moment Breaks the Internet as GF Kelly Piquet’s Daughter Runs to Him in Tears

Max Verstappen has surely stepped away from his Mad Max persona that we saw ever so often on the track. Despite that, the Dutchman is a thorough professional and as ruthless as ever. However, away from the track we sometimes see a side of Verstappen that surprises the world and we hardly see around the paddock. Thanks to girlfriend Kelly Piquet‘s daughter, we saw another unimaginable side of the Red Bull man.

The three-time world champion is almost as dedicated a racer on a console as he is on a track. However, during a recent live stream, Verstappen displayed he is ready to bend sacred gaming rules, like he often does for Piquet’s daughter Penelope, to showcase a completely different side of him completely breaking the internet.

The Dutchman might not be Penelope’s father, but he is sure the current father figure in her life. He has a very loving and caring relationship with the four years as he has revealed in the past as well. However, Piquet’s daughter gave us live proof during Verstappen’s recent live stream.

As you can see, during a stream, Penelope came up to Verstappen crying and started hugging him as she wanted to be with him. However, the main motivating factor behind the tears was her unwillingness to bathe. Verstappen laughingly told “P” to go take a shower and then come back to him. The cute exchange between the two saw this back and forth a few times as Verstappen kept laughing and insisting she take a bath, whereas Penelope kept crying and hugging the Dutchman.

That’s as rare as it gets when it comes to seeing a side of Verstappen. The cute exchange was enough to break the internet and the comment section of the Instagram post made an F1 gossip column is proof of that.

This just proves the Dutchman’s admission of his relationship with Penelope.

Max Verstappen made an honest admission about his relationship with Kelly Piquet’s daughter

The 26-year-old has been in a committed relationship with Piquet since 2020. The two have completely ingrained themselves in each other’s lives thoroughly and a big part of Piquet’s life is her daughter. Verstappen welcomed both with open arms and we see it at regular intervals on social media.

To add to it, Verstappen even addressed his relationship with Penelope first-hand during an interview in the past.

“I’m not the father, that’s not the aim,” he shared in an interview with TIME.“It’s always very important that she has a good relationship with her own father [Kvyat], which she has. But I see her every day when I’m at home. We get on very well. She’s very cute.”
