The team has won 3 of the last 4 races in the principality and on Sunday they got their second consecutive victory at the Grand Prix courtesy of Sergio Perez.

But there is an even more impressive stat presented by Amanda Newey on social media. Amanda is the wife of Red Bull Chief Technical Officer Adrian Newey, who is a legend in the world of motorsports. She revealed that Adrian has developed 10 race-winning cars that have won in Monaco.

But with the win of Checo Perez on Sunday, he reached a new milestone altogether. He has previously won the race with David Coulthard, Mika Hakkinen, Kimi Raikkonen, Mark Webber, Daniel Ricciardo, Sebastian Vettel, Max Verstappen, and now Sergio Perez.

This is surely an impressive feat that not a lot of people in the sport can achieve. However, other than the performance of the car, there were various other factors that come into play, like strategy, which eventually help the team emerge victorious in a race.
Red Bull team boss shows pride in the team for its smartness on the track
The Austrian team were the most aggressive of the two front-running teams on Sunday. They played their hand first but at the correct time, which unsettled their rivals a bit and caused them to panic. Red Bull team principal Christian Horner revealed they have to be on their toes at the Monaco GP, which allowed them to win the race.

“I’ve always prided ourselves on us being an attacking race team. And we’ve always focused on trying to do the basics well, whether it’s strategy, whether it’s pit stops, or thinking on your feet, and I think today was all about thinking on your feet and reacting to the situation as it happens around you.”

“And I think that the whole team responded brilliantly well, and the drivers, of course, had to deliver their part,” said Christian.
Red Bull have been very impressive in terms of strategy and speed in the 2022 season. So it was, in a way, no surprise to see them execute their plans so well on the track in Monaco. They are currently leading both World Championships this season.
