Kimi Raikkonen is one of the most entertaining guys when it comes to a post-race interview or a press conference. He is known for his one-liner responses to the questions asked by reporters. Which often are hilarious and cracks everyone up.

The media presents a persona of Kimi who likes to party, eat icecream and have a devil may care attitude. But the man is much more than what media portrays him to be.

Yesterday, during the third day of testing F1 TV hosts were talking about the Iceman and gave a lot of insights into his public and personal life in their conversation.

Commenting on Kimi’s ‘one-liner’ media statements he said sarcastically, “If you ask him short questions, you get long answers”

They talked about his post-race interview that was in Austin, Texas 2018. That was the last time Kimi stood on the podium and gave a post-race interview.

American race-car driver Conor Daly was the guest host for the event and when he told Kimi how big a fan he is and how excited he is to get a chance to interview Kimi after his victory, all Kimi replied was ‘Thank You Very Much’.

Conor and Kimi also shared a Twitter-worthy conversation, he asked Kimi, “How did the champagne taste as a winner again Kimi?

Kimi replied, “Unfortunately the same as the champagne for P2 And P3”

F1 TV hosts talked about Kimi Raikkonen’s Twitter account and said that they are not even sure if Kimi opened it or Minttu[Kimi’s wife] opened it for him.

They said, “The best thing is how much of Kimi being Kimi has come out of it[Twitter account]”

They talked about how the world has seen a totally different side of Kimi in the last 18 months.

“In the past 18 months, we saw a side of him which is much more than ice cream and ‘steering wheel'(mockingly)”

And said that he’s like a fun family man and a rockstar, he’s like the Keith Richards of Formula 1.
