Michael Schumacher, the former Ferrari pilot is unarguably their most successful driver to date, having given them a dominant era, unlike none. Unafraid, chivalrous, and determined, Schumacher was a force to be reckoned with, having won everything he set his eyes on.

Though an unfortunate skiing incident threw Schumacher in a coma, nothing has changed his legacy. The driver remains tied to being the most successful racer in the history of F1, and no one has managed to break that record. Now, one of his race-winning cars is up for auction for someone to witness its one-of-a-kind glory.
The extraordinary Ferrari F300 chassis No. 187 is what started it all for the Maranello camp. The Italian team kept it in its race-used condition before selling it away in 1999. Now the exceptional car is being auctioned at the price of a whopping $8 million.

The Red Baron-driven car, notably, also a race winner, will be a real stunner no matter where it goes. Back in the 1998 season, it was thoroughly impressive winning four races for Schumacher and producing some stellar performances. The car helped the German to land at P2 that year, even though he lost out to Mika Hakkinen by 14 points.

Undoubtedly, despite not making it to the top, it was the base Ferrari had started to build their success. Their last driver’s title was in 1982, which Schumacher would turn around for consecutive wins since 2000.

The car had a 3-liter V10 engine which is quite famous for its rather unique sound. The Scuderia was confident with this car for the first time in many years. And Schumacher helped by getting the best out of the car. It did take his sheer talent to maneuver it accordingly given this package was aerodynamically inferior to the McLaren.
It paid off as the driver indeed won races as the car proved to be competitive and comparatively reliable. Notably, the Canadian GP and Monza from the 1998 season are arguably one for the history books. They totally blew the fans away.
