Max Verstappen appears to be determined to make history at the pinnacle of motorsports. At the British Grand Prix, the Dutch driver has marched to yet another record after claiming the 100th victory for Red Bull and surpassing legendary Ayrton Senna’s record of 40 triumphs. However, while earning another big milestone, this time his mistake worth $150,000 has left fans anticipating the worst for the double champion.

With seven victories out of nine races already in his bag so far this season, Max Verstappen has now claimed his fifth consecutive pole position. Although, while reaching this milestone Max Verstappen allegedly committed a crime, in the eyes of his admirers everywhere. So what did the Dutchman do?

While Silverstone GP qualifying remained quite competitive, many drivers, including Kevin Magnussen of Haas, would want to forget this day in particular. Due to the Power unit failure, he was the lone driver to bring in Red Flag today. Following that, like every other driver Max Verstappen also returned to the pits. However, while the drivers were coming out and forming the queue in the Pit lane, the Dutchman understeered out of the garage and hit the wall.

His front wing broke as a result, and everyone on Twitter is now demanding a race ban for the two-time champion.

The Silverstone Grand Prix qualifying was unlike any other session this year. Here, like in the previous instances, Verstappen didn’t dominate but initially struggled to set the time. Lando Norris overthrew Lewis Hamilton first at the very last second to claim the pole position. Verstappen, who later entered the mix as a Hollywood movie star, beat Lando Norris, winning his fifth consecutive pole position. With this achievement, he has joined a list of numerous legendary drivers, including Michael Schumacher, Nico Rosberg, Juan Pablo Montoya, Lewis Hamilton, and Ayrton Senna.

However forgetting his heroics at the British track, Fans, are furious since the Dutchman committed the crime of breaking the Front wing which could cost Red Bull a substantial amount of money approximately $150,000. Given below are some of the reactions of fans asking for a “race ban”  for Verstappen as the admirers believe hitting the wall in the pits must cost him atleast a ban for a race, which eventually might shatter his dominance.
