The Austrian was working closely with management professor Michael Smits last year. He featured in episode 4 of the lecture series called ‘Leadership in Extraordinay Times.’ The topic he was addressing was, “Driven: How to fuel success through adversity” hosted by Smits. The discussion mainly focused on how the sport changed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With a new set of rules in place, it felt like a different ball game altogether. Adapting to the new times is the key and the episode revolved around that.

Wolff has also given significant insight on topics relating to mental health and the dynamics of managing high-powered talent. He also discussed the challenges of re-inventing organizations and industries for the future.
