In a throwback video of Prince William and his wife, the duo can be seen indulging in a reaction test. The couple competed against each other on their visit to St. George’s Park. However, what they might not know is the exercise they were performing is something F1 drivers practice every day.
Quick reaction time is something that every F1 driver needs to have. The margin for error in Formula 1 is little, and a better reaction time than your rival can help you get a competitive advantage in the sport.
Although there was no winner between the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, they got a little glimpse of how active you need to be before the start of an F1 race.
Prince Harry once teamed up with Lewis Hamilton for a special project
Back in 2020, The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry opened a new museum in Silverstone. However, he was not alone, as F1 icon Lewis Hamilton was there to join him. The Mercedes ace even provided Prince Harry a lift to the museum.

The former McLaren driver took to his Twitter account to share the news. Lewis wrote, “Today, Prince Harry and I opened the Silverstone Experience Centre. Their mission is to inspire the next generation of kids, in engineering, marshals, mechanics.”
Lewis further added, “This is something I am really passionate about, helping the next generation. It was an honour to do this today.”
Lewis Hamilton and Prince Harry met several students and volunteers during their trip to the Silverstone museum. They also learned about the engineering involved in motor racing and cutting-edge technologies.
