“Poor Girl Will Have to Suffer”: Fans Side With Charles Leclerc’s GF as She Endures His Disgusting Cooking

Charles Leclerc is undoubtedly the pride of Monaco. But Leclerc might not be the pride of Italy after his pasta-making skills have come to light. Pasta is an Italian delicacy that most people find easy to make. Well, that doesn’t include Leclerc. After spending six years racing for Ferrari in F1, he still doesn’t know how to make pasta well. While he’s the one eating his pasta most days. But when he has company, those around him get a taste of Chef Leclerc’s cooking too. And most recently, it was his girlfriend, Alexandra Saint Mleux.

The two made their first public appearance as a couple at the Monaco GP. That was the same week Alex had to eat Charles’ “disgusting” pasta. In a video he posted about the Monaco GP on his YouTube channel, he’s seen making pasta for Alex, his trainer Andrea, and himself. While garnishing it with cheese, he explains that even though he knew the pasta would be disgusting, they would eat it because they wouldn’t want to waste it.

One fan captured the moment when he was serving his dish to Alex and posted it on Twitter, captioning it, “i feel sorry for alexandra who had to eat charles’ hard pasta😭” Needless to say, fans sympathized with her for having to eat what he made.

At least Charles owns the fact that he can’t cook. That saves him from feeling like he disappointed people with his cooking. But that doesn’t save him from his fans taking a dig at him for being unable to cook pasta properly and making his girlfriend “suffer.” Many fans expressed what Alex must feel and what Charles is putting her through.

Another fan wrote how it can be hard to support your partner sometimes, especially when they serve you hard pasta.

While mostly everyone was sympathizing with Alex, a few fans took pity on Andrea, Leclerc’s Italian physical trainer. While Charles was cooking the pasta (or at least trying to), Andrea couldn’t help but hide his amusement (read: disappointment) while watching him butcher an Italian delicacy.

One fan wrote how Ferrari would terminate his contract after watching him mess up pasta.

But Leclerc fans being Leclerc fans, many of them sided with the Monegasque and said they’d eat anything he served them, no matter how disgusting.
