The episode 7 is named ‘Growing Pains’. It depicts the rivalry between Alpine and AlphaTauri. The two mid-field team has taken their fights to another level last season. Among them, Pierre Gasly has been the top performer for the Italian team.
During the initial minutes of the episode, there comes a moment when the show focuses on Pierre Gasly and his teammate Yuki Tsunoda’s performances. At 6:00, we see someone from the paddock, probably a Red Bull official, call up Pierre and tell him that he “looks like Nico Rosberg”
To answer that, Gasly replies, “Yeah, I don’t know how to take that” and laughs. This shows that the Frenchman was, of course, puzzled by it. Was it a compliment? Was it a dig? We, as a viewer are also in doubt.
