One of the best things to happen for the fans in Formula 1, apart from the racing obviously, is the global fantasy league competition. Period. And now, in an exciting crossover, snowboarder Scotty James has made an announcement of creating his own F1 fantasy league, taking his passion for high-speed sports beyond snowboarding as he aims to bring together F1 fans. The aim appears to be clear: to relax and stay close to his fans.
The announcement has left his fans excited and intrigued, wondering how a snowboarder became interested in Formula 1. What is his connection with F1? Well, the star snowboarder is engaged to F1 heiress Chloe Stroll, daughter of Aston Martin owner Lawrence Stroll. And he, being a Red Bull athlete, also appears to be a good friend of our beloved Daniel Ricciardo!

James, a four-time Olympian and three-time world championship gold medalist, took to Twitter to announce his own F1 fantasy league circle, for which he sought name suggestions. And unsurprisingly, Twitter was ready to bring up hilarious and clever suggestions for the said league, for which James promises a grand prize! The suggestions were all crazy and ruthless, sparing none, including Max Verstappen and the chaotic one family, i.e. the F1 itself. Maybe the names that the fans came up with for the league might have a few suggestions that you’d like to keep for your own circle!
What were the hilarious names fans came up with for Scotty James?
The test of the F1 fans by Scotty showed one thing: they are creative. The names that came up in the suggestions had us rolling on the floor, but they also had us appreciating the thought and the dots that were connected. No one was spared, especially those of Australian descent, with a suggestion, also coming in from Red Bull Australia!

A few of the names were particularly targeted at the former Red Bull driver Mark Webber and Daniel Ricciardo, due to them sharing a common nativity with Scotty. Of the two, we aren’t sure if one of them would appreciate the harsh dig by the fans.
