Mick Schumacher will begin his rookie season with the Haas F1 team. The American team have struggled in the past few years and have even declared that they’re not focusing too much on the 2021 season. However, even though the team have set their eyes on 2022, Schumacher Jr feels that they are fielding a decent challenger this year.
Haas finished last season in 9th place with just three points to their name. They have brought in two F2 drivers for the upcoming season. They hope that Schumacher & Nikita Mazepin will help them get ahead in the grid in 2021.
Saturday’s qualifying session and Sunday’s race will show how much has Schumacher adapted to the car, and will he be able to make the most out of Haas‘s machinery in 2021?
