In a tweet shared by the F1 account on Twitter, two fans supporting the American team principal were spotted. The girl had the question “Guenther, Will you marry me?” written on cardboard. Furthermore, a guy beside her was also donning a huge Steiner mask to show his support to the Haas team principal, who is known for his Drive to Survive antics.

Steiner visibly was trying hard to keep his composure and not to chuckle too hard. The American-Italian is married to Gertraud Steiner and has a baby girl with her named Greta Steiner.

Haas F1 boss frustrated with Mick Schumacher’s crash in Suzuka

Mick Schumacher missed FP 2 because his crash in FP 1 meant the team had to work hard to bring back his VF-22 back to its original shape. Mick lost control of his car while driving under wet conditions. Team Principal Guenther Steiner called the crash “frustrating.”

Talking to Steiner told F1TV, Steiner said“It’s disappointing because we just went out to do a race start so we get data for Sunday. And then on the way in from the race start Mick crashed the car, aquaplaned and crashed into the barrier and damaged the car quite heavily.”

He further added, “It’s the third time now that we have potential chassis damage. I say potential because we need to X-ray it and see if it is cracked or not. But it is quite frustrating.”

However, Steiner confirmed that Mick’s car will be present tomorrow morning. He added that they have all the required parts to fix the car.
