The three-time Super Bowl Championship-winning team Denver Broncos has a massive fan following. While many fans would know that Walmart’s heir, the Walton-Penner group owns a major part of the team, it might be a little-known fact that Sir Lewis Hamilton owns a part of the team too. Many fans had their head turned when Hamilton made his latest appearance at Broncos recently.

Unfortunately, after his purchase of a minority stake which is reportedly 0.2%, his team did not perform as well as he’d expected. They’ve made some coaching changes to the 2023 season in the hopes of revitalizing the championship hopes. Hamilton, talking about this “amazing opportunity” explained that he has a deep-rooted connection with NFL. “I remember when I was like nine years old, I used to live on an American Airbase for a short period of time in the UK, and that was the first time I became aware of it (NFL), and I used to play Madden. I’ve been to many Super Bowls, I’ve been to the first game in the UK.”

Hamilton has also made a couple of appearances at some of the Broncos’ games, but his recent appearance caught the fans’ attention. His appearance was the best omen for the Broncos as well, as they won against the Los Angeles Chargers 24-7, keeping their playoff hopes alive. However, it was not the match result or his appearance that made the headlines. As usual, his outfit choice was the topic of the conversation, enough for fans to start pleading for a legendary revival.

He was rocking a jacket with an old Denver Broncos color scheme, which the fans absolutely loved and wanted to bring back posthaste.

Looking at his blue jackets with orange accents, the fans were quick to ask the NFL team to bring the old colors back.

Not only did fans appreciate the nostalgia of the old colors, but the type of jacket reminded some fans of similar jackets they got to wear in their university days.

Of course, the jacket by itself could make a spectacular statement.

However, the fact that Hamilton wore it elevated it to the next level according to some fans.

Formula 1 fans were quick to make fun of Mercedes‘ poor run of form as well.

Mercedes, with their first winless season in a decade, will be looking to get back the winning habits soon.
