It was business as usual for Red Bull driver Max Verstappen on Sunday in Austin. Despite a poor pit stop, the Dutch Lion went on to win the US GP. Moreover, it was an incredible tribute to honor the legacy of late Red Bull owner Dietrich Mateschitz. Lewis Hamilton finished the race in 2nd place while Charles Leclerc finished 3rd.

After an intriguing qualifying session, the US GP main race promised to be an exciting one. It lived up to its potential, as it was an action-packed event. From a double safety car to some phenomenal overtakes, the US GP was a delight to watch for Formula 1 fans.

Max Verstappen won his record-equaling 13th GP. With this win, he is leveled with Sebastian Vettel and Michael Schumacher for most race wins in a single season. Furthermore, the Dutch Lion has 3 more races to break the German duo’s long-held record.

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal was seen bringing the winner’s trophy for the second year running. Moreover, fans on social media pointed out the evident height difference between the former LA Lakers legend and Hamilton.

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton stood on the podium beside Max Verstappen in Austin for the second year running. It was a resilient drive from the Silver Arrows driver. However, Max Verstappen proved to be too good for the Briton as he overtook him in the dying stages of the race.

However, what got the fans’ attention was the height difference between Hamilton and O’Neal.

The NBA legend’s height is about 7′ 1″, whereas the Mercedes driver is 5′ 8.5″ tall.
