Lewis Hamilton, ever since his entry in F1, has developed friendly relations with the who’s who of the world. Among them are superstar athletes of other sports as well. One such friendship that he deeply cherishes is that of NBA great LeBron James. Their bond goes beyond just hanging out together, as both are passionate advocates of inclusivity and equality. In fact, the Briton was among those many black athletes who came in his support when James was infamously told by a Fox News reporter to “shut up and dribble” when he made comments on former POTUS Donald Trump. Now one of LeBron’s trusted aides visited the Mercedes garage. That has sent Hamilton fans into a frenzy, anticipating a collaboration soon.

LeBron is a co-executive producer on the popular HBO show The Shop. The show invites popular sportspersons and celebrities to barber shops where they talk about their lives candidly. Tennis star Naomi Osaka once featured on the show as well and opened up on her love for the sport.

Is Lewis Hamilton the next guest on The Shop?

Another fan was excited to learn about Rob’s presence in the Silver Arrows’ camp and hoped it was for an invitation to LeBron’s show. However, they hoped that the show does not turn out to be a platform for the 7-time champion to announce his retirement from F1.

Given how eloquently Hamilton talks, it will certainly make for a great episode if he does appear for the interview. Nothing better if the NBA GOAT is the one conducting the interview.
