One such friendship that he deeply cherishes is that of NBA great LeBron James. Their bond goes beyond just hanging out together, as both are passionate advocates of inclusivity and equality. In fact, the Briton was among those many black athletes who came in his support when James was infamously told by a Fox News reporter to “shut up and dribble” when he made comments on former POTUS Donald Trump. Now one of LeBron’s trusted aides visited the Mercedes garage. That has sent Hamilton fans into a frenzy, anticipating a collaboration soon.

LeBron is a co-executive producer on the popular HBO show The Shop. The show invites popular sportspersons and celebrities to barber shops where they talk about their lives candidly. Tennis star Naomi Osaka once featured on the show as well and opened up on her love for the sport.
