The racetrack is not the only place where the drivers show their creativity. Racing is a lifestyle and the habit from the racetrack makes its way into the offtrack life as well. Bubba Wallace did the same as he found a creative way to watch the Azerbaijan GP as Lewis Hamilton battled his way with Carlos Sainz as the NASCAR Cup Series race in Delaware was postponed. What creative way did Bubba Wallace find?
The NASCAR race in Delaware at the Dover Motor Speedway has been postponed as a result of rain showers. It has been postponed until Monday and will start at noon. The rain has disrupted the Dover Motor Speedway Cup Series race for the second time in a row. What was a bummer for the fans and many drivers turned into a boon for some.
Bubba Wallace was one of those who took the opportunity and capitalized on the rain hitting the track rather than sulking about it. Wallace posted a story on Instagram where he was seen relaxing, laid back on the sofa watching the Azerbaijan GP. The Cup driver was still in his racing overalls and helmet while watching the race. One must say that it was a creative way to watch the F1 race. The Caption to the story was “NASCAR race postponed=F1 on TV (Team LH)”

Bubba Wallace has been a part of the LH Army for quite some time now and has shown his support for the 7X world champion multiple times. Wallace even reacted to the post that Lewis Hamilton posted to thank Angela Cullen for all that she had done and everything that Hamilton achieved with her after she decided to leave the sport. Being no stranger to the F1, he even reacted to the rumor of Taylor Swift and Fernando Alonso dating.
However, Wallace might be disappointed at the fact that Lewis could not win the Azerbaijan GP and even failed to overtake Carlos Sainz due to the straight-line deficit of the Mercedes. Let’s see how Lewis Hamilton summed up his race.

According to PlanetF1.com, Lewis Hamilton told SkySports.com “Yeah, I think we did,” when asked whether he took everything out of the W14 during the race. Talking about the prep before the weekend he suggested, “I think there was great prep before coming here, a couple of days at the factory, plenty of sim running. So I don’t think there were any mistakes, there were any lessons. I don’t think this is failure, I think this is just the build to getting to where we need to be.”
Talking about the future upgrade, the Briton said, “So, everyone’s staying positive in the garage, everyone’s just doing their jobs to the best of their ability, and that’s all we can ask for right now until we get those upgrades, which will hopefully put us much more in the fight.”
