Sebastian Vettel had a tough 2020 season, driving for the power unit-castrated Ferrari. The German later signed up with newly rebranded Aston Martin for the 2021 season. The team recently shared glimpses of the former champion entering the team’s headquarters.

The Formula 1 community has been eagerly looking forward to catching the first look of Sebastian Vettel wearing Aston Martin’s green racing suit. Yesterday, the team posted an image of the German’s boot to tease their fans.

As expected, it riled up the Formula 1 community as the fans could not wait for a picture of the German. Aston Martin also uploaded another tweet today, showing Vettel entering the team’s building.

However, the team still trolled their fans on the tweet. Sebastian Vettel was wearing green, but not the racing suit that every fan is eagerly waiting for.

Sebastian Vettel recorded the worst season of his career last year. Meanwhile, Aston Martin is making a comeback to the sport after six decades. Thus, both the team and the driver are looking for a successful comeback.

The team’s principal, Otmar Szafnauer, pointed out the importance of bringing the four-time world champion to the team.

He said, “In Sebastian, we have a proven four-time world champion with experience of helping teams become race-winning and championship-contending outfits.”
