When every critic claimed Lewis Hamilton had lost the fire in him and should retire, he showed no signs of weakness. At 39, Lewis Hamilton has secured a new role for the upcoming F1 season. After a 15-year tenure with Mercedes, the team will part ways with him next year. Hamilton has opted for a move to Ferrari, beginning with the races on the 2025 F1 schedule rollout. Following the announcement of Hamilton’s departure, news surfaced that Mercedes would also lose a significant partnership with Tommy Hilfiger.
The American fashion firm has been a long-time partner of Lewis Hamilton, with their collaboration even resulting in an entire clothing line designed by the seven-time World Champion. In 2018, he launched TOMMYXLEWIS during New York Fashion Week alongside Tommy Hilfiger, joined by models Winnie Harlow and Hailey Baldwin. On the other hand, Hilfiger also sponsored Mercedes until their contract ran out. However, in March of 2024, it was announced there would be no renewal.
