For someone who has been on top of Formula 1 for as long as Lewis Hamilton has, money is no object. The seven-time world champion, with his salaries and endorsements, is worth a whopping $285 million. The Brit often showcases that with his luxurious lifestyle as well. Jennifer Gates is the daughter of Bill Gates and his ex-wife, Melinda French Gates. The Microsoft heiress, equestrian, and medical school student recently became a mother. The billionaire’s daughter gave birth to a baby girl with an Olympic equestrian husband, Nayel Nassar. Her father bought her eldest daughter a $5 million apartment on 1212 Fifth Ave.

Hamilton sold the same penthouse to a different Seattle-based trust in November 2021 for $49.5 million. The apartment was part of Hamilton’s $130 million real estate empire. However, Hamilton never moved into his penthouse, which he bought for $43.99 million in 2017.
