Mick Schumacher has a purpose to race in these final few races of the season. In one of the few seats remaining for next season, Mick is desperate to prove his worth and earn a contract extension from Haas. However, things did not go according to plan for the German in the qualifying session. Furthermore, more agony followed after his lap was deleted in Q1.

Despite luck going against him in the past few races, Mick has shown that he has the potential to race at the highest level in motorsport. Additionally, the German driver met with more disappointing news in the qualifying in Mexico. He was knocked out of Q1 in Mexico after having his lap time deleted. Schumacher would have been P7 in Q1 if not for the decision.

Haas boss Guenther Steiner has been critical of Mick’s performance in the past few races. Furthermore, Haas has not enjoyed much success on this track historically. However, Mick Schumacher and Kevin Magnussen will be hoping to change that tomorrow.

Additionally, Kevin will start tomorrow’s race in P19 after picking up a penalty. Moreover, this gives Mick the opportunity to start the race in P15. The German will be itching to show everyone his potential in tomorrow’s race.
