Mick Schumacher won the F2 Championship last weekend at Sakhir. Although he did not win the race, he had enough points to secure the crown for himself. Considering he starts with Haas F1 in 2021, he couldn’t have asked for a better form to enter the F1 grid.

The Eifel Grand Prix had roused much excitement with news of Mick Schumacher testing for Alfa Romeo that weekend. However, because of heavy fog shrouding the entire circuit at Nurburgring, the authorities called off FP1. Though disappointed he may be, he still had his F2 championship to secure.

To add a cherry on top, he won his F2 title the following weekend. Well, finally he got his debut in F1 at Abu Dhabi yesterday, driving the Haas VF-20.
