Mick Schumacher was promoted to Formula 1 after an impressive performance in Formula 2. As they revamped their approach with a young driver lineup, Haas F1 signed the young German along with Nikita Mazepin.

Mick Schumacher comes to Formula 1 with a legacy to live up to. His father, Michael Schumacher, had a golden run with Ferrari, winning six consecutive championships with the Maranello-based outfit. He still holds the record of most championship wins alongside Lewis Hamilton.
