Haas’s new rookie driver, Mick Schumacher, is already preparing for his debut season in F1. The German is gearing up for another hectic season of racing, making sure that he is at his best for his first season on the grid.
Albeit in isolation, the 21-year-old is following his training routine in order to be fully focused on the 2021 season. The F2 world champion will bring the Schumacher name back to the track.
Schumacher will make his debut alongside Russian driver, Nikita Mazepin. The two rookies from F2 will be behind the wheel for the Haas and hope to record a successful first year in F1.

Mick Schumacher is laser-focused on 2021
With the opening race just weeks away, Schumacher is putting in all the work before he finds himself behind the wheel in Bahrain. The German is currently in the UK and raring to go for his first race.

The German knows how important it is to be fit to be in motorsport. He said, ” In Formula 1, the G-forces are much higher, so that there is more stress on the neck.
“Accordingly, I adjusted my training program a little in the days before the planned assignment.”
Expectations weighing heavy on the German’s shoulders
Mick is the son of an F1 legend, Michael Schumacher, who has won 7 world titles. The 21-year-old knows that he has some huge shoes to fill and hopes to do well.

Schumacher is also part of the Ferrari driver academy and is likely to drive for the Italian team just like his dad. However, he has to focus on getting the most out of the Haas car.
