Schumacher over Lewis Hamilton says, Fernando Alonso
His answer regarding Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton came from his experience with both. They asked him who was more difficult to beat, Schumacher or Lewis Hamilton.
“Difficult. These are different eras and cars with different levels of performance.”, began the Spaniard. He is correct on that fact. The times are different and the conditions are different.
“Therefore, the comparison may sound absurd. However, there are a few areas based on which Fernando rates his opinion. I remember Michael as a pilot who is hard to beat, one with the greatest talent.
“He had that little bit extra.,” said the Spaniard. He highlighted that Hamilton is also fantastic; however, the supremacy he awards to Schumacher is non-negotiable.
“Lewis is very good and the best of his generation. But he did not win the World Cup with McLaren when he was a teammate of Jenson (Button; d. Ed.). At Mercedes, Nico Rosberg also won the World Cup. Michael never had such things.”
