A user on twitter tagged  Mercedes and asked, “Send n*des please?

But the user would not have expected such a response from Mercedes. The response triggered a laugh riot among the fans as well. The handle shared a picture as a reply to the user. “Ok. But just one,” read the caption.

The Picture showed a glimpse of the Mercedes W11 with none of its bodywork. The car is seen getting ready for the practice sessions at Sochi.

The Mercedes W11 has been the car to beat for the other teams in this season. With the Russian Grand Prix around the corner, the team is also looking to maintain its history on the circuit. But Toto Wolff is not taking the stats for granted.

Sochi has been a good circuit for us in the past and we hold a strong track record there,” said the Austrian.” The Autodrome has a fairly unusual layout, and it’s one feature in particular that makes it special: The long run from pole to the first braking zone.

It means the pole-sitter isn’t necessarily the in the strongest position for the race start as the cars behind him benefit from the tow,”  Wolff said.

You could see it last year when [Sebastian] Vettel overtook [Charles] Leclerc on the run down to turn 2, and in 2017, when Valtteri beat polesitter Vettel from P3. Our qualifying pace has been really strong this year. But this strength could easily turn into vulnerability on race day at Sochi,” Wolff said.
