In early February, Christian Horner, the team principal of an F1 team under Red Bull GmbH, faced an allegation of inappropriate behavior from a female colleague. Consequently, Red Bull GmbH initiated an investigation into the matter. So far, Horner has denied all the allegations, and the investigation is still being carried out. The matter has extended for too long and now other Team Principals are stepping up to share their thoughts on the situation.

Toto Wolff from Mercedes has shared his thoughts on the investigation and has told Sky Sports that the investigation is not only affecting Red Bull but all of Formula 1. Regarding the investigation, Wolff told Sky Sports, “I think it’s clear. Formula 1 and what the teams do, we stand for inclusion, equality, fairness, diversity and that’s not only talking about it but living it day-in, day-out.”
