Lewis Hamilton recalls the struggles with his father
Hamilton struggled enough through his life but none sufficed enough to abandon his dreams. Even though he sits at the top now, he has not forgotten his roots. In the beautiful picture with his father, Hamilton recalls all they have been through.
“This moment in time I will never forget. We started with nothing, he had 4 jobs to keep me racing at one time and I slept on the couch. We dreamt of doing something, something so far out of reach, becoming an F1 driver,” wrote the Mercedes No. 44.
Lewis Hamilton has a dream lifestyle at present. Besides his golden career in F1, his knack for fashion and love for the environment will fool anyone into misjudging his past. Yet stay informed, the champion has spent nights dreaming of F1 with eyes wide open.

The Briton outlines in his post that though the world disregarded them and called them names, he and his dad never gave up dreaming. Lewis is the personification of conviction and dedication. He just doesn’t drive down the circuits, he lives through them.
“For a family with no money, we may have looked and sounded crazy. People would laugh at us, call us names, joke about us but we kept our heads down. We did our fighting with actions on track.” recalled Lewis in his post.

He wrote in a manner of forgiving those people who ever judged him. He has been subject to wrong criticism in F1 and even before. It didn’t matter to him. All that bothered him was his father and his dream. Well, he pleased both now.
