F1 machinery & cars are often the most talked about & important possessions, any team or drivers have. Lewis Hamilton always loves his Mercedes F1 cars as if they are a part of him. Though, that is on the track. Ever wondered what revs inside the personal luggage of Formula 1’s elite? There are a lot of anecdotes & signs of the drivers’ personal lives in there & Hamilton just gave us a teaser of the same, shedding light on what’s he cooking off the race track!

If it’s Lewis Hamilton’s $1,430 RIMOWA original cabin luggage we’re talking about, then expect more than just fancy travel-sized shampoos and comfy socks. As shared by RIMOWA on Instagram, Lewis Hamilton decided to unzip his travel secrets to the world. While a dog chew for his beloved Roscoe and a cozy jumper from ERL must’ve garnered much “awws,” it was his cryptic “testing notes” that took pole position.

Buried within his bag, Hamilton teased notes from a “top-secret project” he’s onto in Mexico City. The plot thickens as he says, “I have testing notes. I’m actually here in Mexico City and working on a top-secret project. I have a script here, a lot of notes. We’re constantly working on it. I can’t lose this.” Well, Lewis (or XNDA would be better), you’ve certainly set the F1 grapevine on fire!

Beyond the mystery, Lewis showcased his creative side, revealing a portable music setup, including a microphone and keyboard. “There is a lot of downtime often in your hotel room, and I love making music,” he said, hinting at possible tunes brewing during his travels. To round it up, stretchy bands from his training kit made an appearance, a nod to the physical rigors of racing. Because let’s face it, those circuits aren’t going to conquer themselves.

But circling back to that pièce de résistance: those top-secret notes. Are they the next game-changer in the F1 world, or perhaps an entirely new venture for Hamilton?

Speaking of these speculations, Hamilton & Co. again have aced their social media game. The objective may just be to tease the fans with some banter after the lonely times post the Japanese GP. Still, it is hyping up the Mercedes fans at least to see what their beloved seven-time champ is up to!

Lewis Hamilton lights up the internet with another (possible?) exciting collab!

Trust Mercedes‘ Twitter (now X) to stir the pot and add some seasoning to an already simmering debate. Through a cheeky reveal, they showcased a helmet design for Hamilton. This one is a pristine white with four distinct red dots. If you’ve spent any time behind a Nintendo controller, you’d immediately recognize its tribute to none other than Toad, from the iconic Super Mario series! Hamilton’s recent Tokyo escapade, where he donned a Toad outfit adds more than just a feather to this cap theory.

The Mercedes Twitter account, never one to miss an opportunity to tease, tickled fans with a mock photo of the helmet design, captioning it, “Go on, Lewis, don’t be shy. 🍄”. And boy, did that get the Twitter community excited!

Could this have been the perfect helmet for the Japanese GP? Perhaps. But then again, how can you top that lit-up chrome extravaganza? With the Qatar GP just around the bend, it does make us wonder if the Mercedes admin might’ve given us a sneak peek.
