However, it wasn’t limited to Hamilton as George Russell’s Azerbaijan sprint shenanigans led to the firing of multiple shots, pointed toward the 25-year-old Briton. Regardless, in a surprising turn of events, Russell is now hailed as the ray of hope for Max Verstappen despite the d*ckhead jibe. But how?

George Russell went into the sidepod of Max Verstappen’s RB19 during the Azerbaijan Sprint race. This resulted in a gaping hole in Verstappen’s RB19 sidepod, as the Dutchman lost significant performance. After the race, Verstappen got out of the car and waited to confront Russell. As the Briton justified his move and was walking away, Verstappen called him a “d*ckhead”. The whole situation went on for over a week, with back and forth between the drivers.

Now, with the Dutch GP under threat, George Russell is called upon to save Verstappen’s home race. Recently, news broke out that climate change protesters have blocked the entrance of the Zandvoort track. The climate change protesters affected even the British GP weekend. It was the Extinction Rebellion that stopped the trucks from entering the track.

A threat to the Dutch GP means a chance for Verstappen to win his home race going away. Amid these protests, George Russell was called upon by the fans to save the day for Verstappen.
