The Mercedes man has dipped his toes in many ventures as he slowly but surely edges toward the end of his F1 career. To sustain life after F1, Hamilton tried to become a part owner of an English Premier League soccer club, he became a part owner of the NFL club Denver Broncos, and has his own burger joint, his clothing brand, not to forget his philanthropic efforts and the list goes on.

Among these many ventures, starting true to his core beliefs, he recently added a non-alcoholic beverage brand called Almave. The beverage is made with high-quality Blue Agave. In fact, it is the only non-alcoholic beverage made with blue agave, which is an important ingredient in tequila. The brand also uses the same techniques to produce the drink, just to make it non-alcoholic.

Now we know the general perception toward non-alcoholic beverages mimicking alcoholic drinks. However, Hamilton wouldn’t care because he’s got his mom’s seal of approval. He posted a story on his Instagram sharing a drink with his birth mother, Carmen Larbalestier, with the caption, “Mum loves @almave“.

So the desire to drink tequila without getting drunk gave birth to Almave, Hamtilon revealed that in a statement during the launch.

“I’ve always loved tequila for its taste. But there are times when I don’t want the alcohol part of the deal and I know that there is a growing group of people who want the same,” he said. “With Almave, we’re all about offering a high-quality option that doesn’t compromise on the craft and flavors of tequila and provides a truly authentic nonalcoholic blue agave experience.
