Lewis Hamilton‘s outfits have been the talk of the paddock for quite a long time now. There is a huge following for what the British champion chooses to wear when showing up for a race weekend. For instance, if you take a gander at his Instagram profile, only half the posts are about racing.
The other half, as keen fans are sure to observe, is about his varied interests. Fashion and design are definitely one of the most frequently posted themes on the seven-times world champion’s page. The fan following for his outfits does not stop here though. Every time the current Mercedes driver makes an appearance somewhere, the #lh44style goes buzzing. This time, during the break ahead of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, he showed up with a $200 pair of shoes that broke the internet.

Instagram account LH44 Updates originally shared this viral picture that made several rounds on the social media platform. In this post, Lewis is spotted wearing a canvas shell jacket and square pants that were designed by Project Domenico Formichetti. He paired the look with Port Tanger’s stunning Sabea sunglasses, which cost about $310. However, what stole the show was his 6-inch black boots designed by Timberland, and the price tag – a mere $200!

Lewis Hamilton absolutely loves sporting Timberland shoes on a regular basis. As Timberland turning 50 coincided with this year’s Coachella, Hamilton once again sported an elegant pair of desert stampers that the American manufacturers designed. Eagle-eyed fans didn’t seem to miss this as well, as they quickly wanted to see if Timberland might sponsor Lewis Hamilton.
One fan in particular said on Instagram, “He loves a pair of timberlands. They might as well sponsor him.” Of course, there were a couple of trolls as well, wondering why Lewis Hamilton was sporting a sunglass in the night! “I wear my sunglasses at night 🎶” one witty user wrote.
Lewis, currently in LA, will be keenly focused on the upcoming race week. Las Vegas’ debut as an F1 circuit, along with the fight for P2, will definitely be on his mind.
Hamilton’s hopes for Las Vegas 2023
Lewis Hamilton recently hailed the growth of Formula 1 in the US. He told the media, “I think it’s [about] continuing to engage with the outside world and, and as I was mentioned before, really creating more accessibility.” However, according to pundits, he might be weary of the Vegas weekend race. The low track temperature, one of the lowest in the current season, will definitely prove to be a challenge. Mercedes’ 2023 car, unfortunately, might not love the conditions and the track layout of the Sin City circuit.
With the Mercedes already struggling with tire degradation, the low temperatures are going to add a layer of challenge for maintaining optimal temperature windows for the tires. However, they can also breathe a sigh of relief, as they have all 3 practice sessions to nail their setups to ensure that a repeat of Brazil does not happen.
