It seems Seb is a huge fan of the Brackley outfit as he goes up to the German machinery each year to investigate them. There is also the possibility that Vettel wants to know the secrets behind the German one-seater which the seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton drives to win races.

Even in the past, Vettel has been spotted around the Mercedes cars many times and touching them to inspect them. Even Hamilton who rides these Silver Arrow cars once confronted the former Ferrari man, whether he was touching his car or not.

Can Sebastian Vettel make a comeback to his winning days in 2022?

The four-time World Champion is undoubtedly one of the best drivers to ever set foot in an F1 car. However, he lost his winning glory over the past few years after leaving Red Bull Racing. The German joined the legendary Italian team, Ferrari, in hopes of recreating a legacy similar to the legend Michael Schumacher. But Sebastian Vettel failed to shine in the Red outfit.

After his failed stint with Ferrari, Vettel joined the rebranded Racing Point, Aston Martin F1. The 34-year-old helped the British constructor bag their first podium after he finished second in the 2021 Azerbaijan GP. Further, fans witnessed a glimpse of Vettel returning to his former winning days as he won the inaugural Overtake Award last season.
