Every jump in the position in the constructors’ championship is a massive boost for a team. The teams earn tens of millions of dollars with every position they gain in the constructor’s standings. Mercedes is well aware of the benefits of finishing higher in the championship, having won it eight consecutive times already.

Even though the Brackley-based outfit is well out of the reach of a win, they will push to get ahead of Ferrari. However, while the two teams battle it out in the constructors’ championship, Mercedes’s social media team is winning elsewhere.
