In all of Formula 1’s 72-year history, there have just been two drivers with seven world championships. Having a record number of titles each, Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton are way above everyone else when it comes to numbers and stats. While Schumacher has already retired, Hamilton remains as the only driver who’s at his fittest, even at 38 years of age, and this is what baffles the Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff.

Being the top sportsman and celebrity that he is, Hamilton has to travel around the world for races as well as promotions. The Briton not only does them with ease but also gets back to his racing duties week after week. This is what awestruck the Austrian executive as he praised the star driver of his team.

Wolff also believes that there is something “that helps him to regenerate.” As for others, they need to be at home and sleep on the sofa. It’s not the same for Hamilton, he feels. Apart from this, the Silver Arrows ace follows a fascinating workout routine that helps him stay at the top of his game.
