Further information also suggests that this Sunday will reveal those secrets.
What could McLaren be teasing the fans?
Already, there have been countless number of guesses about the automobile giant’s best-kept secret. This ranged from a new motorhome, to a new car or even a potential entry into a new racing series. There were even a couple of jokes that the Woking squad could have signed Rich Energy as a new sponsor.
On a more serious note, some have suggested that McLaren could be entering a team in WEC or Formula E. With hypercars like the Speedtail and the Senna, the British automobile manufacturer could enter the endurance racing series. Meanwhile, Formula E has been rising in popularity, especially among manufacturers.

The all-electric racing series has already enticed the big four German manufacturers – Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche. Other manufacturers include Jaguar, DS, Nissan, and Mahindra.
So, it would not be out of the realm of possibility to see McLaren throw its hat in the ring. With Audi and BMW set to leave the series next season, it would open up several new avenues. The British company could either tie up with an existing team or enter as a brand new team in its own right.
