Toto Wolff and Christian Horner are portrayed as arch-rivals in the world of F1. However, over the last year, Zak Brown has made comments about Red Bull that seem to be putting him in the spotlight. Remember the comments that Zak Brown made about Red Bull and AlphaTauri’s partnership about the parent company owning two teams and sharing the parts? Well, that fear came true as the AlphaTauri does look a lot like the RB19. Nonetheless, Brown now makes a strong statement on Horner’s investigation.
Earlier this month, after the shock of Lewis Hamilton’s move to Ferrari, another bombshell dropped on the world of F1 when Christian Horner was accused of inappropriate behavior towards a Red Bull employee. Soon an investigation was launched by the Red Bull stable, which has been going on for the better part of two weeks now. Many have made comments and statements about the investigation, hoping for a fair result.
Zak Brown now comes out to make a statement on the same. According to Motorsportweek.com, he said, “Well, the allegations are extremely serious. McLaren holds themselves and all the men and women at McLaren to the highest standards. Obviously, diversity and equality and inclusion are extremely important to us, our partners, to everyone in Formula One. Red Bull Corporation, it appears, has launched an investigation.”

He continued, “And all we hope and assume is that will be handled in a very transparent way, as FIA and Formula One has said, it needs to be handled it swiftly, because I don’t believe these are the type of headlines that Formula One wants or needs at this time and I just think it’s important that it’s handled in a transparent way in which there’s no doubt, no doubt whatsoever that it’s been handled appropriately and whatever the conclusion is that that conclusion is handled in an appropriate transparent manner.”
A lot of partners of Red Bull await the result of the investigation. Ford, a future partner for Red Bull is one of them. Let’s see what they had to say about the Investigation

At the Launch of the 2023 Red Bull car, the team announced their partnership with Ford starting in 2026. However, the partnership seems to be at risk even before it begins as an aftermath of the Christian Horner Investigation. Rumors suggest that there are clauses in the Red Bull-Ford contract that’ll help Ford end the partnership if they want to. With the ongoing Christian Horner Investigation, the verdict might decide what Ford’s next move will be.
Global Head of Ford Performance Motorsport, Mark Rushbrook said, “As a family company, and a company that holds itself to very high standards of behavior and integrity, we do expect the same from our partners. It appears to us, and what we’ve been told, was that Red Bull is taking the situation very seriously. And of course, they’re worried about their brand, as well.”
