The qualifying session at the Dutch Grand Prix has been eventful. However, one of the talking points of the session was between rookie Haas drivers, Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin.
The Russian driver was raging on the team radio, that his German teammate overtook when they agreed that won’t happen. It eventually led them to being knocked out of Q1. Their actions on track also saw Aston Martin’s Sebastian Vettel not make it into Q2.

As both Haas drivers were trying to set the fastest lap around Zandvoort trying to make it into Q2. Schumacher Jr overtook Mazepin, which resulted in him getting furious on the team radio.
It was reported that Mazepin would be the one leading this weekend, as they had agreed on it. The Russian driver was raging, and even said that Schumacher had “f**k** him.” But, Schumacher broke that agreement, and can’t understand what he did wrong. Furthermore, Vettel, who had hopes of making it into Q2 was caught up and found himself knocked out in Q1.
Mazepin said on the team radio, “I thought Mick is not allowed to overtake me? That’s not fine. You said he’s not allowed to overtake.”
Being told to focus on getting the best lap before the session ends, Nikita misses the opportunity. He asked, “Is there a chance to go again, or that’s it.”
When he was informed they missed on their window, Mazepin said, “Yeah man, why the f**k. Well, you said to me we are the first car.”

A tough race lies ahead for Haas
After having another disappointing quali session, the American-owned team will hope to redeem themselves tomorrow in Sunday’s race. With Schumacher qualifying nineteenth place, and Mazepin at the bottom of the timesheet. The rookie duo knows they have many obstacles to overcome.
Still not having a single point under their belt, Haas would hope that both their drivers will bring a good result tomorrow and avoid any drama on track as seen in today’s quali session.
